I have seen this emotion in people in all facets of life, even those who are extremely successful in life. There come moments when life feels fake, and there is a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud, even when there is enough evidence of the opposite and external validation of our skills and accomplishments. Entrepreneurs, especially, seem to experience this imposter syndrome due to the high levels of uncertainty and the risk that we face while starting and running a business.
If we can recognize and become aware of this situation, our brains get more equipped in dealing with it. For that, we need to know the key signs of impostor syndrome
Why do we make ourselves feel so small? And how can we break this vicious cycle? If too many of these thoughts are zinging through your brain—stop! Breathe and shift your mind to your happy place.
Remember a few things before you start panicking. Everyone all over the world is comparing themselves to others. It is the human nature.
